They were able to assess my body and give me great advice on what I should do at home as well as at work to eliminate the pain I experience. Now I just have to follow their advice. I was really impressed with their knowledge and attitude. Absolutely best corrective fitness center.

Pros: Neat atmosphere, Great service. FREE YOGA CLASSES!

Individualized approach that they use makes all the difference! I love that they support athletes by offering them free yoga classes if they are training for athletic evens.

Pros: You get exactly what you want: Personal attention if you need it or can join a training group if you'd rather to work out with your friends.

Cons: Would love to see them opening a center on the East Bay.
